But when it is hot and the matches go for hours, it is the strength, power and agility training under your belt that will have you winning those championships. These 1 hour tennis physical development programs offered at Acceleration will build that physical foundation you need to be a tough opponent.

  • Rugby Physical Development Program

It’s time to start organising your off-season training. To make things a lot easier, the coaches at Acceleration Melbourne are offering a Rugby Specific Performance Program. This program has been designed to increase power, speed, flexibility and stability. Make an impression from the start!

Netballers need a specially designed physical development program to suit the movements and phsyicality of the sport. This special program offers athletes the ability to improve their strength, flexibility and stability. It includes 8 x 60 minute work outs at the State Netball and Hockey Centre.

All footballers will benefit greatly from this Football Specific Physical Development Program. It includes everything you need to improve your flexibility, speed, strength and power. This program includes 8 x 60 minute sessions held in the evenings at Parkville.
